Make 1 full batch of pizza dough as usual.
Leave to rise then split into 2 parts:
- Put a large dollop of olive oil into the bottom of each pan
- 1/3 into smaller oven pan with lid
- 2/3 into larger oven pan with lid
- Leave to rise again – 1 hour
- Put oven on max heat
- Squish out to edges of pan
- Top as normal
- Bake in hot oven for 12-15 minutes (top should look good)
- Then put on stove on high heat for 3 minutes to crisp up the bottom.
Serve
