Make 1 full batch of pizza dough as usual.

Leave to rise then split into 2 parts:

  • Put a large dollop of olive oil into the bottom of each pan
  • 1/3 into smaller oven pan with lid
  • 2/3 into larger oven pan with lid
  1. Leave to rise again – 1 hour
  2. Put oven on max heat
  3. Squish out to edges of pan
  4. Top as normal
  5. Bake in hot oven for 12-15 minutes (top should look good)
  6. Then put on stove on high heat for 3 minutes to crisp up the bottom.
