- 200g chocolate (70 or 72%), roughly chopped
- 200g butter
- 175g sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 4 large eggs
- 20g flour
- Put chocolate and butter in a saucepan over a gentle heat until melted and combined
- Off the heat add the sugar and salt
- Add the eggs
- Add the flour
- Will be thick and gloopy! Leave for 30 minutes while the over heats.
- Heat oven to 165°C
- Makes 12 muffins – better to use paper cases as the bottom isn’t pretty when you pop them out of the silicone tray.
- Cook for 25 minutes until springy to the touch
- Great warm, tops will sink as they cool.
